Hello ladies! I am Ms Ofelia T. Balubar, a current fulltime Math-Science professor of College of the Holy Spirit of Manila since 1999. I have been handling the following classes: Physics, Statistics, Operations Research Management, Algebra with investment, Measurement & Evaluation or assessment of student learning, Precalculus, Algebra & Trigonometry, Principles & Strategies in Education, Math of Investment and Economics

I am a BSMath graduate from College of the Holy Spirit in the year 1991. I finished my Master in Science major in Mathematics Education at the University of Santo Tomas (Magna cum laude) in the year 2000. I have completed my academic requirements for my doctorate course as well as passed with God’s grace my comprehensive exam last April 2007 at the Philippine Normal University. I am currently doing my dissertation proposal.

I started my teaching profession in the year 1991 right after graduation at Holy Spirit Academy, Bangued Abra. I have taught in the institution for 8 years. I Started working at College of the Holy spirit of Manila since 1999. I believe that teaching is my lifetime commitment. I am challenged to teach students with varied abilities & personalities. I feel happy when my students satisfy their intellectual quests, solve problems at their own pace and remember me not only because of “mathematical facts” or scientific facts or philosophies & concepts but because…once in their life…, I was able to touch their lives and became a part of their existence… as well as inculcated some values necessary to solve real life problems.
